Our client is seeking a highly skilled and driven Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Warrington, Cheshire!
This is an exceptional opportunity to take responsibility for Quantity Surveying functions within our client's North west business, managing the entire procurement and tendering process from contracts to final accounts. You'll play a pivotal role in fostering a strong teamwork culture, optimising opportunities, and resolving challenges to benefit our client.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and coach direct reports and the wider team.
- Manage the procurement and tendering of contracts.
- Maximise profitability while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relations.
- Prepare and manage monthly Cost Value Reports and Margin Analysis.
- Forecast out-turn margin, commercial analysis, and turnover.
- Oversee subcontractor payments and final account agreements.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of the team.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience at Senior or Managing QS or Commercial Manager level is essential.
- Experience working within the Construction industry, specifically on mixed-use residential developments including Extra Care.
- Degree qualified and member of the RICS or IOB (or moving towards professional membership).
- Strong team player with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in COINs.
