Responsibilities
- Provide daily engineering support and resolve production issues using Lean and problem-solving tools.
- Lead improvement projects to boost efficiency and reduce waste, tracking progress and results.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation to support compliant manufacturing processes.
- Support equipment setup, qualification, and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Perform data analysis and validations to improve process and product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
