What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with significant experience in child protection and safeguarding, ideally within a MASH or front-door service.
Current and valid Social Work England registration.
Proven ability to undertake complex multi-agency assessments, make critical threshold decisions under pressure, and manage risk effectively.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation, statutory guidance, and local safeguarding procedures.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families, children, and a range of multi-agency partners.
A commitment to providing expert guidance and support to less experienced colleagues, acting as a role model for best practice.
