The Role
Deliver high-calibre Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, tailored to challenge and support a diverse range of abilities.
Cultivate a culture of aspiration, encouraging students to see themselves as the mathematicians and engineers of the future.
Serve as a pastoral mentor (Form Tutor), guiding students' personal growth and well-being.
Collaborate with a vibrant department to refine teaching strategies and close attainment gaps for disadvantaged learners.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Mathematics or a highly numerate discipline.
