Key Requirements
... - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Holds QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification.

- Up-to-date knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Mathematics at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Eligibility to Work: Valid legal entitlement to work full-time in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver clear, engaging, and well-structured Mathematics lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students in line with departmental policies.
- Differentiate learning materials and teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and discipline to create a safe, respectful learning environment.
- Set meaningful homework and provide constructive, timely feedback to support continuous student improvement.
- Prepare students effectively for national examinations, including GCSE Mathematics assessments.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the school's Mathematics scheme of work and shared curriculum resources.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, senior leadership, and support staff to uphold high academic standards.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and carers regarding student progress and welfare.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school-wide events, parents' evenings, and ongoing professional development (CPD).
