What You'll Be Doing:
- Planning and delivering high-quality Maths lessons to KS3 & KS4 students.
- Creating a classroom environment that encourages problem-solving, critical thinking, and curiosity.
- Supporting students in preparing for GCSE Maths and helping boost their confidence.
- Using a variety of teaching methods to engage all learning styles.
- Assessing, tracking, and reporting on pupil progress.
- Working collaboratively with other staff to drive excellence across the Maths department.
- Contributing to whole-school initiatives and attending relevant CPD sessions.
Must-Haves:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A strong understanding of the Maths curriculum at secondary level.
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
- A passion for mathematics and inspiring young minds.
- Availability from September 2025.
- Eligibility to Work in the UK.
- Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to get one- we can help).
