Responsibilities
- Manage M&E subcontractors to ensure precise work sequencing and strict adherence to the project schedule.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure build-ability, accuracy, and early identification of design clashes.
- Monitor installation quality and safety through regular site inspections, ensuring full compliance with Irish regulations and industry standards.
- Facilitate clear communication between site operations, design consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical queries.
- Oversee the full commissioning process, including system testing, O&M manual compilation, and final certification submission.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction, Engineering or related
- At least 4+ years of experience in a similar position
