If so, I am seeking an Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join an industry leading Facilities & Maintenance company on a contract near Salisbury.
Location: Salisbury
Salary: Up to £50k
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of Mechanical engineers
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs of mechanical systems and equipment
- Schedule and supervise preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure the highest standards of health and safety at all times
- Manage materials and equipment to ensure the appropriate stock levels
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the contract
Requirements:
- Trade qualifications
- Experience performing a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- The ability to motivate and inspire your team
