We are currently recruiting for two experienced MHOs to join North Ayrshire's Mental Health service. Unlike standard frontline roles, these positions are specifically dedicated to tackling a backlog of Guardianship Reviews. The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for practitioners who are "on it." While a fully experienced MHO is the gold standard for these roles, the service may consider those with significant Mental Health experience who have a deep understanding of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act.
Requirements:
Relevant Social Work qualification and MHO award (preferred).
Active registration with the SSSC.
Proven experience in completing high-quality statutory reports and reviews.
Ability to work independently and manage a project-style caseload.
