Randstad CPE Property Services Team is seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team in Finchley, contributing to the maintenance and upkeep of housing properties.
Job description- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from clients.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
- Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Ordering materials and supplies as needed.
We're looking for you, if:
- You have proven experience in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering.
- You possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- You are proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools.
- You have a full, clean driving licence.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You are reliable and have a strong work ethic.
- You have experience working in social housing (advantageous).
- You possess relevant trade qualifications (advantageous).
- Salary up to £36,000 per annum.
