An opportunity has arisen to work for an industry leading FM service provider for a mobile plumber. The successful candidate will have experience carrying out commercial plumbing maintenance and commercial water hygiene maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for completing water hygiene / treatment PPM, remedial and emergency works for example, humidification PPM, EVAC drainage reactive callouts, temperature monitoring, microbiological samples, CWST and TMV inspection and servicing, calorifier blowdown, showerhead clean and chlorination, flushing, water risk assessments (once qualified), audits, water filter replacement, water fountain PPM, etc.
- All works are to be completed in line with ACOP L8.
- You will report to one of my client's Contract Managers with the support of the regional supervisor
Requirements
- Plumbing: 2 years (preferred)
- Water Hygiene: 2 years (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence (Required)
