About the Role
As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be a key part of the team, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties. You will work efficiently and safely, using a handheld device to receive and complete assigned tasks while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Undertaking a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work.
Performing minor plumbing, joinery, and tiling.
Carrying out kitchen and bathroom fitting and fire door maintenance.
Working to deliver the best quality service, on time, first time.
What We're Looking For
Salary: £36,000 + van and fuel card and benefits
Qualifications:
Relevant trade qualification (NVQ2 or City & Guilds Craft).
Ideally, a Blue CSCS card.
Experience & Skills:
Experience in social housing maintenance is essential.
Proven experience working in both occupied and void properties.
Previous experience with kitchen and bathroom fitting is beneficial.
Excellent working knowledge of Health and Safety (H&S).
A customer-focused approach with a passion for high-quality work.
Requirements:
A full UK driving license, held for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 6 points.
