Salary: Competitive, up to £38,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, primarily on plumbing, heating, and gas systems.
- Handling plumbing tasks such as leak detection, pipework, and fixture maintenance.
- Servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on commercial gas boilers and appliances.
- Undertaking minor tasks in other trades, including basic electrical and general building work.
- Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations, particularly Gas Safe protocols.
- Keeping detailed records of all maintenance tasks performed.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must have:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent like City & Guilds) in Plumbing.
- Desirable, but not essential, qualifications include:
- Commercial Gas Safe qualifications (e.g., COCN1, CIGA1).
- An F-Gas Category 1 qualification.
