We are seeking a dedicated and professional Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic facilities management team. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites in the Basingstoke, Alton, Yateley, and Petersfield areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
Fault finding and diagnostics to identify and rectify electrical issues efficiently.
Conducting emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, and other statutory compliance checks.
Minor installation works, including lighting and power upgrades.
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with current health and safety legislation and the 18th Edition wiring regulations.
Completing all necessary job sheets and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
What we are looking for:
Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2360 or equivalent).
City & Guilds 18th Edition (BS 7671) certification is essential.
Proven experience in a similar commercial maintenance role.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
A full UK Driving Licence.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
A flexible attitude and willingness to participate in the on-call rota.
(Desirable) City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent in Inspection & Testing.

A standby payment of £130 for your week on call.
The first call-out of the week is paid at a minimum of 4 hours.
All subsequent call-outs are paid door-to-door.
