The Role of a Supply Nursery Assistant
As a supply assistant, you are a vital part of the team. You will support children aged 0-5 through their daily routines, including creative play, meal times, and outdoor exploration. You'll help create a safe, engaging environment where every child feels valued.
Requirements
Experience: A genuine love for working with early years and a "can-do" attitude.
UK Experience: You must have previous experience working within a UK childcare or EYFS setting and a solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
Adaptability: The ability to jump into a new team and follow their routines and safeguarding policies seamlessly.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
