What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting children's physical, emotional, and social development through age-appropriate activities
• Assisting with planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children
• Helping with personal care routines (nappy changing, feeding, toileting)
• Building strong, trusting relationships with children, staff, and parents
• Observing and recording children's progress in line with EYFS guidelines
• Promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports all children to thrive
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
• A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years or equivalent is preferred)
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Patience, warmth, and strong communication skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
