What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children's physical, emotional, and social development through age-appropriate activities
- Assisting with planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children
- Helping with personal care routines (nappy changing, feeding, toileting)
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children, staff, and parents
- Observing and recording children's progress in line with EYFS guidelines
- Promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports all children to thrive
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
- A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years or equivalent is preferred)
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Patience, warmth, and strong communication skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
