We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our team in Horley. You will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.
Location: Horley
Responsibilities:- Engage children in age-appropriate play-based learning and creative activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children through constant supervision and proactive safety measures.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including mealtimes and nappy changes.
- Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Experience working with young children (preferred)
- A genuine passion for childcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
