Key Requirements:
Qualification: Must hold a minimum of a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, Early Years Educator).
Experience: Proven, recent experience working as a Nursery Assistant in a nursery or early years setting.
Availability: Ready to start ASAP (subject to standard vetting checks).
Skills: A genuine passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Qualified Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for young children. Your duties will include:
Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
Ensuring the well-being and safety of all children in your care.
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised setting.
