Randstad Education is working with a well-established Nursery Setting to recruit enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0 to 4. This role is ideal for adaptable, friendly individuals who are looking to work on a flexible basis while contributing meaningfully to children's early development.

The Nursery offers a warm, welcoming environment focused on play-based learning, emotional security, and healthy development. You'll be working as part of a dedicated team that values child-centred practice, clear communication, and positive relationships with families.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the daily care, learning, and wellbeing of children aged 0-4 years
- Covering staff sickness, absences, or leave as needed
- Assisting with activity planning, supervision, and observation in line with EYFS
- Helping maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating Nursery environment
- Occasionally assisting with snack preparation and hygiene routines
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and nurturing atmosphere
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with young children (ages 0-4) in an early years Setting
- Confidence, reliability, and the ability to adapt to different routines and teams
- A genuine passion for early childhood development
- Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification is desirable (not essential)
- Understanding of safeguarding and health and safety in childcare
- An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
