Randstad Education is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Chelmsford. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress, and communicating this effectively with parents/carers.
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, their families, and your colleagues.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children at all times, and following all safeguarding procedures.
- Creating a nurturing and supportive atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential.
- Proven experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and development matters.
- Strong classroom management and nurturing behaviour strategies.
- Ability to inspire young learners through creativity, patience, and empathy.
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and equal opportunities.
