The Role:

We are currently looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. This is a permanent role and is open to both qualified and unqualified candidates who are eager to make a difference in young children's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS framework
  
  
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  
  
• Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
  
  
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  
  
• Assisting with daily routines and planning age-appropriate activities
  
  

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with young children
  
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  
  
• A willingness to learn and develop within the role
  
  
• Relevant childcare qualification (preferred but not essential)
