The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an energetic, professional, and reliable individual who:
Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g., NVQ Level 3, Cache Level 3).
Has proven experience working with the 0-5 age range in a formal nursery setting.
Possesses a thorough knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements.
Shows strong initiative, with the ability to lead activities and mentor junior staff.
Is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
