Randstad Education is working with a highly regarded nursery setting in [Insert Area/Region] to recruit an experienced and nurturing Nursery Teacher for a maternity cover position, starting in September and continuing until March. The Role
This is a full-time, term-time position covering a maternity leave in a busy and vibrant nursery class. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to a group of enthusiastic and curious learners. You'll work closely with other early years professionals to maintain a happy, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident, creative, and experienced Nursery Teacher who can hit the ground running in a busy early years environment. You should be adaptable, enthusiastic, and fully committed to creating the best possible outcomes for young children.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), EYTS or EYPS
- A minimum of 2 years' experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage
- A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A nurturing and proactive approach to teaching
- Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and early years best practices
