Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all school inquiries, providing a positive and helpful experience.
- Manage student records and attendance with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate communications to parents, including preparing and distributing newsletters and important notices.
- Assist with the logistical and administrative preparation for school events and activities.
- Provide comprehensive support to teaching staff and the leadership team.
- Handle general administrative duties such as managing post, emails, and office supplies.
Pay Rate: £13.68 - £14.50 per hour, depending on experience.
Skills and Qualifications Needed:
- Previous administrative experience, with a strong preference for a school or educational setting.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- High proficiency in general office software and IT systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
