An exciting opportunity has arisen for a couple of School Administrators to join our team, serving schools in the Maghull area (L31). We are looking for individuals who have a background in a school setting and are confident in using the SIMS system.
This position is for a dynamic individual who can manage the administrative functions of a school. You will be a key point of contact for staff, students, and parents, handling record-keeping on SIMS, managing correspondence, and assisting with all general administrative duties.

Key Duties:
As an Office Administrator, you will be the vital link in the day-to-day operations of our schools, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the school's leadership team and staff.
- Managing a busy reception area, handling all incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with a professional and friendly approach.
- Using the SIMS (School Information Management System) with expertise to maintain accurate student and staff records, manage attendance, and assist with statutory returns.
- Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies, and handling sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to pupil welfare, admissions, and school events.
- General office duties, including organising files, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Essential: You must have previous experience working in a school environment and be highly proficient with the SIMS system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and remain calm under pressure in a busy school setting.
