Your Duties & Responsibilities:
As our Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our operations. Your role is dynamic and varied, and your ability to manage multiple tasks with a calm and positive attitude will be crucial. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Front-of-House: Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers, both in-person and over the phone.
- Administrative Hub: Handling and directing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls, emails, and post, in a timely and professional manner.
- System Management: Maintaining and updating critical records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Operational Support: Assisting with a wide range of administrative tasks, from coordinating meetings and managing calendars to ordering supplies and supporting other team members with their needs.
