As our Office Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operations and a vibrant, well-run workplace that embodies client innovative culture. Here's What You'll Do:Your key responsibilities will involve overseeing daily campus operations, from managing meeting rooms and catering to liaising with building management and external vendors. You'll ensure our workspace is always functional and presentable, procuring necessary equipment and managing supplies. You'll also coordinate travel arrangements and provide crucial day-to-day logistical support to our Harwell-based teams.
Beyond these core duties, you'll also:
- Collaborate with Client Facilities to sustain smooth facility operations.
- Facilitate building safety protocols, including fire warden scheduling and evacuation plans.
- Handle IT logistics, including AV systems, workstations, and equipment dispatches.
- Process invoices, utility bills, and track expenses in line with procurement and finance protocols.
- Organize on-site governance meetings, town halls, offsites, and other employee events, including managing catering and technical setups.
- Provide essential administrative support, including SharePoint maintenance, onboarding assistance, corporate subscriptions, and policy guidance.
- Support SAP transactions and local contract tracking to ensure compliance and continuity.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, onboarding new team members, promoting the client's values, and driving collaboration and team spirit.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, providing senior-level administrative support in a corporate environment. A business degree is desirable.
- Experience with office relocations is a plus.

- Proven ability to take initiative, determine priorities, and exercise good judgment.
- IT affinity, particularly with Office and AV equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.
