Role: Senior Tester (ERP focus)
Rate: £300 - £500 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: Mid/End March 2026 - October Location: Largely Remote (UK-based / UK Hours)
The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-caliber, Senior Tester to join a major enterprise-level ERP implementation. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in complex environments and possesses a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance. You will work closely with Technical Architects, Business Architects, and the Test Lead to ensure a seamless transition towards an October Go-Live.
Key Responsibilities
Test Management & Execution: Lead and support testing activities across the program, including E2E, UAT, NFT, OAT, and cutover dress rehearsals.
Planning & Scripting: Produce comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts; you will be responsible for both the high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
Technical Expertise: Act as a Jira/Xray "Power User," ensuring full traceability and high-quality reporting via dashboards and charts.
Collaboration: Coordinate testing activities with System Integrators (SI) and other third-party vendors
Governance: Ensure all testing readiness for critical entry/exit gates and support the Test Lead as a senior backup when required.
Tooling: Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Xray Test Management.
Analytical Depth: Ability to extrapolate high-level requirements into detailed lower-level requirements for testing.
E2E Focus: Experience testing end-to-end flows, including non-Oracle systems and non-migrated legacy systems.
Soft Skills: Strong organisational and reporting skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
