This vital role involves supporting vulnerable women in sensitive situations, often requiring a "go-getter" attitude and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
Please note: This role requires travel, including ferry crossings to support women in remote areas.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing one-to-one emotional and practical support to women experiencing or at risk of domestic abuse.
Developing and implementing support plans tailored to each woman's individual needs and safety.
Advocating on behalf of women with other agencies, such as housing, social services, and legal bodies.
Assisting women in navigating sensitive situations with confidence and security.
Building trusting relationships to empower women to regain control of their lives.
