Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a pastoral or similar support role
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or the willingness to apply for one.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

- Maintaining accurate and confidential student records
- Contributing to the school's safeguarding procedures
- Promoting a positive and inclusive school culture
- Delivering workshops and interventions on key pastoral issues
- Reporting on student welfare to the leadership team
