Secondary schools across Liverpool are looking for dynamic individuals to lead engaging and inclusive PE lessons this September.
As a PE Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering a broad and balanced PE curriculum that promotes health, teamwork, resilience, and physical literacy. From football to fitness and gymnastics to games, you'll help students unlock their potential through sport and movement.
Duties Include:
- Planning and delivering practical and theoretical PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Promoting physical activity, healthy lifestyles, and teamwork.
- Organising sports fixtures, after-school clubs, and enrichment activities.
- Assessing student progress and preparing reports.
- Managing resources and maintaining a safe learning environment.
- Upholding excellent classroom behaviour and inclusion for all pupils.
Ideal Candidate:
- QTS and a relevant degree in Physical Education or Sports Science.
- Experience teaching PE in secondary schools.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for health and fitness.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willing to obtain one).
