Our large Pharmaceutical client is currently hiring for a Performance and Data Manager position. You will be reporting into the GMS And Performance Analytics Global Lead, and you will be responsible for managing KPIs, dashboards, and data hosting infrastructure to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope, design, implement and run daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Design, implementing and managing dashboards, highlighting trends, tracking vs target.
- Conduct ongoing GMS end-to-end analysis, proposing solutions and managing projects from scoping to execution.
- Continuously improve current processes and transfer knowledge to business-as-usual phase.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years in a similar role.
- Experience with working with Power BI, Excel, SAP, Database analysis, KPIS.
- Experience with reporting and extracting data from ERP systems.
- Experience with inventory and planning systems.
Our client is looking to pay around €75,000 based on experience.
