Role Overview
As a permanent team member, you will play an important role in the daily operation of the nursery, helping children develop confidence, curiosity and a love for learning. You will work closely with room leaders and senior practitioners to ensure every child receives high-quality care and education.
Main Duties
- Assisting with creating purposeful, stimulating activities across all areas of learning
- Supporting the key person process, including observations and parent communication
- Encouraging children's physical, emotional and communication development
- Setting up and tidying learning spaces throughout the day
- Supervising indoor and outdoor play
- Supporting mealtimes, hygiene routines and personal care
- Following safeguarding, behaviour and nursery policies with consistency

Requirements
- Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification
- A positive, enthusiastic and caring attitude
- Previous early years experience
