PE Teacher - Sefton (All Areas: Crosby, Bootle, Formby, etc.)
Daily Pay: £150-£220
Start Date: September 2025
Schools across Sefton, including Crosby, Bootle, Southport, Maghull and Formby, are actively recruiting for inspiring PE educators this September.
As a PE Teacher, you'll plan and deliver lessons that promote physical fitness, competitive spirit, and personal development. You'll lead a range of sports and activities while instilling discipline, sportsmanship, and self-confidence.
Duties Include:
- Planning and delivering practical and theoretical PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Promoting physical activity, healthy lifestyles, and teamwork.
- Organising sports fixtures, after-school clubs, and enrichment activities.
- Assessing student progress and preparing reports.
- Managing resources and maintaining a safe learning environment.
- Upholding excellent classroom behaviour and inclusion for all pupils.
Ideal Candidate:
- QTS and a relevant degree in Physical Education or Sports Science.
- Experience teaching PE in secondary schools.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for health and fitness.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willing to obtain one).
