Working as part of an on-site facilities team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance tasks, including reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance. You will help ensure the building's systems run smoothly and safely for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency plumbing repairs

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently

• Assist with water hygiene tasks and compliance checks

• Maintain records and communicate any issues to site management

• Work safely and in line with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
