We are looking for a dedicated Plumbing Operative to join the Response Repairs and Voids Department. This role is responsible for providing an effective plumbing maintenance service.

What We're Looking For Experience & Skills:
- To provide an effective, right first time Plumbing maintenance service, including repair, refurbishment, and new installation.
- Fixture Installation/Repair: Install or repair components like baths, toilets, showers, sinks, and cold water tanks, including making good tiling/boxing/panels.
- Leak Diagnosis & Repair: Effectively diagnose and repair all leaks (including hidden ones), and make good any boxing and tiling.
- Drainage: Repair, replace, or clear blockages in all types of domestic drainage systems.
- Cylinder Work: Effectively maintain, make safe, and install vented or unvented cylinders, requiring relevant qualifications.
- Water System Maintenance: Repair, replace, or add to existing domestic hot/cold water systems (including solid fuel), such as radiator renewal, mixer taps, and pump replacement.
- Rainwater Goods: Repair, maintain, or replace rainwater goods
- Experience in a wide range of building related matters
- Experience of working in occupied properties
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience after trade training as a Plumber or proven long-term experience.
- Qualification or proven long-term experience in more than one building trades - Good to have
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving license
- Ability to take part in the Out of Hours standby rota.
