We are seeking a proactive and experienced Locum Practice Manager to join our dynamic Mental Health Team in Waltham Forest. This is a key leadership role that supports the effective delivery of mental health services through operational oversight, team coordination, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operational management of the mental health service team, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Support clinical and administrative teams in meeting performance targets and service outcomes.
Line manage administrative staff and provide supervision, guidance, and support.
Work closely with clinical leads and service managers to implement service improvements and ensure compliance with CQC and local authority standards.
Coordinate rotas, manage resources, and ensure timely service user access to care.
Manage budgets, procurement, and contract compliance in collaboration with senior management.
Liaise with partner organisations including NHS trusts, social care providers, and voluntary sector partners.
Handle complaints, incidents, and service user feedback with professionalism and in line with trust policy.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
