The Role

Key Responsibilities
Collaborative Teaching: Partner with class teachers to deliver vibrant and effective lessons.
Targeted Support: Provide 1:1 or small group interventions for pupils requiring additional guidance.
SEN Provision: Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring tailored care and inclusion.
Classroom Dynamics: Maintain a positive learning atmosphere through proactive behaviour management.
Resource Management: Organise and prepare essential teaching materials and classroom displays.
School Community: Support school events, activities, and parent-teacher meetings.

What We're Looking For
Experience: Previous experience working with children (ideally in a primary school setting).

Qualifications: Relevant childcare or education qualifications are a plus but not essential.
