Responsibilities:
* Cover classes either in a day to day or block booking capacity
* Provide support to the whole class
* Encourage children to complete work to the best of their ability
* Increase children's self-esteem by pointing out the good in their work
* Ensure you provide quality cover to continue quality learning
* Manage behaviour throughout the school day
Requirements:
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude to support learning
* Experience working with young children
* A caring and nurturing personality
* Excellent communication skills
