- Create and maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environment for all students.
- Manage classroom behaviour consistently in line with individual school policies.
- Leave concise, helpful handover notes for the returning class teacher at the end of the school day.
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised UK equivalent (ECTs are welcome to apply).
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different school settings.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to apply for one.
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
