Are you an experienced or newly qualified Primary Teacher looking for a better work-life balance? We are currently recruiting passionate educators for flexible, day-to-day supply roles across a range of welcoming schools in Okehampton and the surrounding areas starting this coming term. Role Highlights- Zero Planning or Prep: Walk into the classroom, deliver pre-set work, and leave at 3:30 PM with your evening entirely yours.
- Flexible Schedule: Enjoy the freedom to choose the days you want to work on a true day-to-day basis.
- Competitive Pay: Earn between £130 and £160 per day, paid weekly.
- Variety: Gain valuable experience across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 environments.
- Deliver engaging lessons following the pre-planned content provided by the school.
- Maintain a positive, productive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students by adhering to individual school safeguarding procedures.
- Provide clear, concise handover feedback to permanent teaching staff at the end of each school day.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent teaching qualification.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new settings.
- A valid right to work in the UK.
- Competitive Compensation: £130 - £160 per day.
- Schedule: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, starting at the beginning of the new term.
- Location: Okehampton & surrounding areas.
