Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Track pupil progress using robust assessment tools
Provide a safe, inclusive and enriching classroom environment
Collaborate on school-wide initiatives to raise attainment
Inspire confidence and independence in young learners
Support EHCPs and work closely with SEN staff when necessary
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions (No Sponsorship)
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) required
Sound knowledge of the KS1/KS2 curriculum
Demonstrated passion for child-centred teaching
Experience working with diverse and multicultural pupil cohorts
DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
