Roles & Responsibilities
Planning and delivering high-quality, inclusive lessons that align with the National Curriculum.
Utilising formative assessment to identify and close learning gaps in real-time.
Managing classroom behaviour with positive reinforcement and consistent routines.
Collaborating with Teaching Assistants to ensure every child has access to the curriculum.
Upholding rigorous safeguarding standards and child protection protocols.
Requirements
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
Proven experience teaching within a UK Primary setting.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
