Are you an experienced or newly qualified Primary Teacher looking for work-life balance without the burden of planning, preparation, and marking? We are currently recruiting Primary Teachers for flexible, day-to-day supply roles across a range of welcoming schools in Plymouth starting this coming term. This is your opportunity to manage your own schedule while making a positive impact in diverse classroom environments.
Role Details- Location: Plymouth & surrounding areas
- Pay: £130 - £160 per day
- Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Zero Planning or Prep: Walk in, deliver pre-set work, and leave at 3:30 PM with your evening entirely free.
- Flexible Schedule: Choose the days you want to work on a true day-to-day basis.
- Competitive Pay: Earn between £130 and £160 per day, paid weekly.
- Variety: Experience diverse classroom environments across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
- Deliver engaging lessons following the pre-planned content provided by the class teacher.
- Maintain a positive, productive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Ensure student safety and follow individual school safeguarding procedures.
- Provide quick handover feedback to the permanent teaching staff at the end of the day.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Strong classroom management skills and adaptability.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
