Senior Architect / Principal Designer (CDM & BSA) - UK
Join a leading architectural practice and play a key role in delivering major UK projects! I am looking for a proactive Senior Architect/Technologist to provide technical support and Principal Designer services to a reputable practice.
You will work to ensure design safety and regulatory compliance through:
- Technical design reviews & support
- CDM & BSA Principal Designer duties
- Business development for PD services
- Mentoring project teams
What do you need?
- Ideally you will have large-scale, mixed-use experience (especially HRBs)
- In-depth Building Regulations knowledge are essential
- Willingness to travel across the UK as needed
