We are seeking a motivated Production Technician to join our clients team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within the medical manufacturing industry. This is an immediate start opportunity for candidates ready to drive safety and quality in all activities.

Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour
Contract Duration: 3 months

Shift Pattern: Rotating 2-week schedule between Early shift (6:00-14:30) and Back shift (13:30-22:00)

As a Production Technician, your main function is to carry out the production process by closely following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints related to assembly, materials handling, and packaging. You will be working in a cleanroom environment, assembling products used in the medical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually assemble tubing and connectors.

• Manufacture bags and build products according to customer requirements using tape measures.

• Read manufacturing drawings and strictly follow SOPs and product blueprints.

• Perform visual inspections on in-process and finished products.

• Record and complete accurate documentation according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

• Maintain a safe working environment and drive quality in all activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.

• Experience: Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and attention to detail are required.

• Skills:

  • Basic math skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
