Our Manufacturing client is currently hiring for a Production Team Lead position. You will be reporting into the Production Supervisor. You will be mainly responsible for 15 operatives that will be reporting directly into you. This is a permanent position, based in Cavan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 15 operatives overseeing daily production operations.
- Proactively monitoring production processes.
- Managing T&A systems, monitoring the team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a team lead role or in a Senior Production Operative role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and equipment.
Salary is €42,000 DOE, with some benefits!
