We're looking for a hands-on, capable Production Team Leader to join our manufacturing team in Walsall. You'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of your area, leading a team to meet production targets while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and efficiency.
This is a key role that requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a practical approach to problem-solving. You'll be expected to keep your team informed and engaged, handle performance issues when needed, and make sure work is carried out to company standards. Regular interaction with internal departments and customers means you'll also need to be confident and professional in how you represent the business.
We're looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, prioritise tasks effectively, and take ownership of their area. A background in manufacturing or assembly is essential, along with experience in a team leader or supervisor role.
