We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Project Manager to join our client, a leading Tier 1 infrastructure and civil engineering business. As they expand into the energy sector, they're looking for a specialist to help develop this new division.
This is a chance to use your extensive knowledge of National Grid Electricity Transmission projects to make a significant impact. We're looking for a professional who can provide technical leadership and guidance, helping to shape the systems and processes needed to succeed in this new market.
In this role, you will:
Provide technical knowledge and input into National Grid's systems and processes.
Support the tendering process, providing expert advice and demonstrating competency.
Lead and manage contracts from start to finish.
Educate and mentor the existing team, helping them grow their expertise in the energy sector.
This is a full-time freelance opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Project Manager on National Grid projects.
Background working either client-side or with a Tier 1 contractor.
Availability for a full-time, Monday to Friday role.
