Project Manager - National Contractor - Major Projects up to £45M
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge with a reputable national contractor? We're working with a well-established business with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects across the Education, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Sports & Leisure sectors.
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead a new scheme from inception through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved early, shape the delivery strategy, and see the project through every phase.
What you'll be doing:
Leading projects from pre-construction and tender stages through to site delivery and handover
Managing project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure programmes and budgets are met
Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and quality across the site
Reporting progress to senior leadership and maintaining client satisfaction throughout
What we're looking for:
Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects (ideally up to £45M)
Background in delivering projects in the public or commercial sectors
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage complex programmes from start to finish
Essential Qualifications:
CSCS Card
SMSTS Certification
First Aid at Work
